I am a dedicated Charted Physiotherapist with theoretical and clinical knowledge in promotion of healthy lifestyle changes.I am currently working on implementing the physical activity component of the Met-FINGER Trials comprehensive multimodal healthy lifestyle intervention.This intervention has been designed to shield the brain against plaque formation and the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD).This research predominantly stems from and revolves around the dissemination and implementation of findings from the pioneering FINGER Randomised Control Trial.With no definitive cure for AD currently available, our work seeks to go beyond symptom management and focuses on prevention.
