-Carry out the mission and strategic direction of the agency focused on Health and Family Services, Economic Vitality, Educational Achievement, and Cultural and Civic Engagement.-Oversee the financial sustainability and service delivery of Programs totaling an annual budget of $6.2 million.-Ensure that CLUES programs in healthcare, family services, economic self-sufficiency, and education provide the most relevant and high quality services for close to 10,000 to children, youth, adults, and elders..-Represent Minnesota Latinos and CLUES in local, regional, and national venues, including government, philanthropy, media, and collaborative efforts at all levels.

Managed the Foundation’s strategic direction of programmatic efforts focused on poverty reduction and asset-building initiatives in urban, rural, and reservation communities across an eight-state region.
