• Bank Statement Upload: Login bank sites like RBS, CITI & BOI downloading bank statement and upload to SAP PRL/Oracle R11i for 40 bank accounts and present the bank statement has automated.
• Funding: Performing funding for 20 accounts on time informing to treasury for cash inflow and out-flow funds in the account.
• Forecasting: Based on the business heads input preparing forecasting charts and report and making necessary adjustments.
• Bank Reconciliations: Matching balances of GL accounts with bank accounts on daily basis/quarterly basis.
• Journal postings:Prepare/Posting accruals journals cost and profit wise and posting journals on basis of Email request.Posting Intra Company entries and matching with Internal Financial Accounts.
• Audit Queries: Supporting the audit team for the audit requests. For example: invoice copies and payment made to vendor through bank statements.
