I am an artist and bring that curiosity and skillset to all my endeavors, making me a very flexible thinker, able to focus on details as well as large scale, strategic goals. As a result of my wide range on interests, my experience ranges from agricultural, manufacturing, customer service, community organizing and strategic planning. Most recently, I've been focused on project management and organizing communities and teams for grassroots led, empowering efforts. People find substantial value working on projects I’ve led or contributed to because the projects are fun community building activities that are effective at achieving real, tangible goals. My lifelong focus on collaboration and values-driven work in urban and rural communities has continually evolved my understanding, enabling me to engage authentically with teammates, co-workers, volunteers and community members. I am able to clearly convey complex information and build consensus with key stakeholders, incorporating diverse input and developing ways to utilize unique contributions from teams. This has also required a high degree of organizational skill and communication. I have been both a leader and teammate and have left workplaces, organizations and community projects better than I found them. It would be incredible to be able to devote my full commitment to a role that marries my passion for community building, political engagement, and the arts.
