I provide 1-2-1 and couple counselling as well as and group facilitating services, I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years, delivering therapeutic services to couples, children, adults and families. Therapies include systemic and psycho-dynamic counseling, NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy) talking therapy supported by the National Institution for Health and Care Excellence as well as Psychoanalysis and other evidence based therapeutic techniques. I have successfully established my private practice and helped a number of individuals overcome their mental health issues. I pride myself in my ability to connect with the person I am helping to heal and ability to provide a comfortable environment of trust, reflection and honesty. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and have worked in schools as a school counselor.
