Customer Service Manager
Current• Customer relationship management • VIP specialized service execution –Responsible for managing, overseeing and coordinating the logistics of personal effects in and/or out of the country in accordance with company policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international customs procedures by communicating with export and import and related authorities, customers and suppliers, in all relevant countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.Provide outstanding customer service to transferee and account while moving international household goods shipments in the most direct and cost effective manner in accordance with the contract/ quote requirements.• Issue and resolution managements.To ensure that all escalations are resolved within the stipulated time-frame.• Service delivery and operation managements - Seek opportunities for improving the quality within the department and willingly share innovative ideas. Establish & maintain good working relationships, within team, with other internal departments & externally with subcontractors and suppliers.• Maximise sales opportunity
