CurrentCompany vision/mission: CDTD is a women’s right non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the right and empowerment of women in the domestic labor market. Their goals is To strengthen the potential of vulnerable girls and women through evidence-based advocacy, socio-economic support/training, education, and psychosocial support. The company has three main pillars, the Domestic Workers Transformation pillar, a Sexual and Gender Based Violence pillar, and a Labour Migration pillar that focuses on child and women trafficking.Achievements/tasks: -Engaged with local community members and stakeholders to raise awareness on issues surrounding domestic employment -Completed field visits to company’s educational hubs and women’s shelters-Contributed to research project focused on the push and pull factors of domestic workers in Saudi Arabia -Sat in on meetings with company leaders -Created and conducted fundraising projects for company
