Accounting, hotel & events management, those were my field of study. Both very different courses from each other, and yet everyone was very surprised when I got into the sales industry. Why? I have always been a very introverted person who was afraid to speak to people outside my tiny circle of friends. However, during my transition from a teenager into a young adult, I forced myself to break out of my shell and joined the debate team in college (I was the debate champion!). Fast forward to the present, I am no longer incredibly afraid to socialize with random people. Well, maybe just a little ;)My current role at WOBB as an Employer Consultant focuses on working as a strategic partner of LinkedIn. As their counterpart, I am always on the lookout to help corporations in Malaysia build and improve their corporate branding as well as their talent strategy in the business. This covers the company's business social profile, talent attraction, retention and development locally. Aside from work, I actively train in MMA, specifically Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, not to compete but for the passion of it. Vacationing at islands and exploring the jungle and waterfalls while on a hike, these are things that keep me rejuvenated!
