As program staff I was in charge of junior staff and children during camp activity periods. I lead and participated in activities. I also set up activities and helped come up with ideas for new activities. As a counselor I was in charge of a group of 12 girls ranging from 6 to 13 for a week of overnight camp, making sure all of their needs were met while also making sure they were on time for camp activities and being a good spiritual role model.
