I coordinate patients with treatment plans and care opportunities to help them achieve their health and activity goals. As a sales associate at the local shoe store in downtown Victoria, I work directly with customers and visiting tourists looking for shoes from informed representatives. Assisting customers includes listening to their style choices in compliance with individual needs. High sales average a day on the floor, typically with one or two associates on shared commission salary. This position improved my attention to detail and ability to build relationships quickly with personal and trusting recommendations to customers. Linking product knowledge and unique customer constraints and foot accommodations (medical and stylistic) to ensure customer trust and loyalty.
