Civil Service Fast Stream: second placement. HR Business Partner to DWP's flagship Service Modernisation programme, implementing a new organisation design for the programme, providing people expertise to programme leads and enabling people-centric transformation design. Including a 6 month secondment to Universal Credit South East Operations HR business partnering team.

Civil Service Fast Stream: first placement. Managing selection for the Future and Senior Leaders Schemes, two of the Civil Service's flagship Accelerated Development schemes for Civil Servants at Grades 6/7 and Deputy Directors (SCS PB1). Coordinated delivery, evaluation and design of inclusive selection processes to identify high-potential Civil Servants for leadership development, strengthening the diversity of the CS talent pipeline into leadership. Also spent 6 months voluntarily working to support the recruitment of senior civil servants into critical Covid roles, working closely with DHSC, Test and Trace and other government departments.

Mentor to a team of 11 young people between the ages of 15-17. Role included 2 weeks residential and 1 week non-residential guidance of young people through NCS social action programme. Responsibilities included delivering educational programme, adapting the programme to varying care requirements, supervision of young people, etc.
