Job Responsibilities: 1.To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with agreed business plans.2. Ensure upkeep of store premises & manage all the equipments of the store for smooth operational flow.3. Managing Store cost.4. Build sales by implementing marketing strategy & Promotional Scheme effectively.5. Ensure training of the team members.6. Handling customer queries & staff concerns.7. To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals & ensure motivation of the team.

1. Handling Customer Queries and walk-in customers for all type of Inquiries. 2.. Responsible for Activations, Deactivations, Resumptions of services. 3. Responsible for Handling Connectivity Issues, Network Services, Change in Class of Services, Coverage issues, Value added Services, Migration, and Special Services. 4. Responsible for achieving targets for Sale of Handsets & postpaid connection’s. 5. Responsible for handling all type of Billing Disputes & Call Related Disputes. 6. Generating every day’s database reports and sending them to head office through e-mail. 7. Making calls to existing as well as new customers for to achieve targets. 8. Responsible for preparing MIS and sending to the Zonal Office.9. Responsible for preparing Daily Reports and sending to the Head Office.
