I am working in Genpact as AVP Internal Audit & Control Assurance department. I have 21 years of experience in Internal Audit, SOX, Data analytics, Risk Management, Compliance & IT General Controls. Prior to Genpact, I worked in HCL Technologies in Internal Audit & SOX compliance for more than 15 years. I am a Chartered Accountant 2002 and college topper of Delhi University. I am a big data enthusiast and have worked on upgrading data analytic skills with working knowledge in Power BI & SQL. Further, I have worked on several ERP such as SAP & Oracle and transformational projects such as Audit Management tool, TeamMates, CSA tool etc. I have earned outstanding employee award, several accolades & titles during my career. I have been closely working with CAE in Genpact identification of audit areas, project planning, AC & management audit decks. Worked on developing internal audit charter, policies and procedures and raising bars by constantly improvising QAIP and EQA by Big4. I was in mid-level management in HCL and led audits & SOX control testing ((including ELC, ITGC & ITACs) across all Geos such as India, LATAM & NAM, EMEA & APAC. I was reporting to the Audit Head. I have extensive work experience of working in all combination of in-house, out-sourced and managing consultants such as Big4s. I have attended various workshops & training on soft skills such as story telling, agility, client relationship, people leadership, diversity & inclusion, personal effectiveness. I got selected as one amongst several female folks in a Women Leadership program at Genpact. My mantra is hard work never gets unrewarded. One should have a clear goal and ability to learn-unlearn-relearn.
