Assisted with the development and implementation of public engagement strategy for the Digital Infrastructure Plan for the City of Toronto. I helped execute public events across the city including the City Hall, assisted with the development of surveys and communication materials, analysed data, and prepared summary reports.

Project and staff management for Field Transit Survey Data Collection in Research Triangle, North Carolina and Westchester County, New York. I worked with multiple stakeholders including local transit agencies, drivers, and staff, to manage the collection of over 10,000 systemwide onboard transit surveys from transit passengers. I worked around the clock, managed staff communication, resolved unique conflicts and issues, trained and supervised staff, ensured quality data collection, and assisted with data analysis and report writing.

I monitored Air Quality Conformity in Ohio, administered transportation plans and budget, and was a planning liaison between ODOT and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) and Regional Planning Organizations (RPO) in Ohio. ​I also contributed to Access Ohio 2045, Ohio's long-range transportation plan. I designed reporting infographics to inform the decision-making towards gas taxes in Ohio, as well as the Office’s first monthly planning newsletter.

Developed a "living" Comprehensive Plan website by quantifying the planning action items, converting the plan elements to digital formats, and developed avenues for continuous community engagement for the long term vitality of the project.

Provided Comprehensive Planning and Community Engagement support for plans and studies conducted for over 10 communities across the USA. Mobilized volunteers, and developed and implemented a detailed data collection survey process to examine 100 recycling bins across The Ohio State University campus in order to identify high contamination zones and propose mitigation plans towards higher rates of recycling and zero waste targets.

Over the course of four progressive roles, I developed complex project schedules, coordinated with multidisciplinary team members, ensured the timely launch of large multinational energy management projects, advanced best practices, developed techniques to foster process efficiency. I also actively participated in Corporate Social Responsibility.I was trained in project and team management at the R&D center in France and was promoted as the India team manager at the age of 25 within 4 years of tenure in the Company. I managed and supervised a team of five senior project schedulers in India.
