I have nine years of experience working in customer support. Of that time most of it has been in the restaurant industry as a waiter. Checking with customers to ensure that they’re enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems. Verifying identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. I ensure that every guest I wait on has a great experience, and any unexpected issues are resolved. I have only recently began providing people with tech support regarding issues with their programs.
