I have grown both personally and professionally by utilizing cultural philosophies and applying them to every day business. l created sales and trend data bases and taught my team how to utilize this information to create better schedules, seasonal pars, in-house inventory levels, and overall food orders and how these numbers translate into profitable prime cost percentages.
