Today, I proudly apply my technical and management skills to assist transitioning military service members and veterans in developing the technical skills and professional development practices necessary to succeed in the IT industry and civilian life. The program I work with presents the opportunity for service members and vets to change the course of their lives while continuing to apply the multitude of skills they gained from military service.During 20 years of active military service, I found myself working in every clime and place in order to support both organizational goals and the needs of the people in my charge. I also had the opportunity to work with, troubleshoot, and assist in the development of multiple finance and tracking systems. I have interacted with many different leadership styles and helped others develop into their own styles. This varied experience provided me with the tools needed to support or lead any project successfully.
