Rudy holds a degree of Industrial Engineering has an Executive MBA and a Master in Real Estate. After 5 years in Risk Management consultancy Rudy started an impressive career at sports giant Nike. Rudy was one of the pioneers who believed in the integrated approach of Facility management, Risk management and Procurement. Rudy won with this team the first Facility Award in 2004, issued by IFMA with the subject of “The facilities organization as ‘added value partner’ for all stakeholders”. Rudy also fulfilled a number of roles with an international dimension, in the domains of security, risk management, project management, Facility management and Real Estate for the European, Middle Eastern and South African region. As “Director Advisory” Rudy started in 2008 at MCS the Advisory Business Unit. Together with a team of junior and senior specialists they provide integrated overall solutions by “creating an optimum and sustainable work environment, identifying and controlling all company risks, to be achieved at an optimum price”.In 2016 Rudy published the book '"Professional approach of Facility Management" based on the European Facility Management norm (EN 15221).
