Hello,My name is Rudy Alberto Mata Jr. I was born on July 21, 1997 in Corpus Christi, TX. As a Corpus Christi native, I have watched Corpus Christi grow and invite new businesses and environments. This change has pushed me to learn to adapt and develop my skills to match the market.Currently, I am an Enterprise Fraud Analyst with Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. My experience with financial institutions includes member service, lending, and fraud. I aim to increase my knowledge of other departments so when I make decisions as a supervisor, I am making the best decision not only for the member, but for the team as well.I try to have an energetic personality that can definitely lighten a mood. I have always felt a sense of duty in ensuring that those in my presence are happy, laughing, or engaged with the current day. I also do my best to treat others as fairly as possible. I emphasize treating others the way I want to be treated and this approach has tremendously boosted my people skills.My experience has always been strongest in focusing on the customer/member I am currently assisting. That one customer can always refer my service to another and so on and so on. This kind of service is powerful in making a business grow. When looking to make changes that may affect a team, I do my best to ensure that the team is fairly treated. I have a strong stance on not having my team do work that I myself would not. It is best to lead by example and thus building that trust and respect within a team. My strength in analysis allow me to ensure that the details are paid attention to and upcoming changes in policies or procedures offer contingencies. My experience has pushed me to become a trusted peer amongst the teams I am involved with in my company.I am currently pursuing a degree in General Business. I am almost done with the path to obtaining my Associate's degree and plan on pursuing up to a Master's in Business Administration. The world is constantly changing, but staying educated in business is going to be a timeless necessity for lifetimes to come.
