Rue Bax started his commercial real estate career in Los Angeles in 1998 and moved to Phoenix in 2001.  In late 2013, he formed ABI Multifamily with his partners and hasn't looked back.  As co-founder of ABI Multifamily, he has helped grow one of the fastest growing mid-market commercial real estate firms in the Southwest - with over 30 brokers, in 3 states with offices in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and San Diego. Over his career Bax has helped close over $2.5 Billion in multifamily properties with over 70 transactions and 5000 units.
