I am a 10,000+ hour professional pilot with an Airline Transport Pilot License. I currently am Captain on the Boeing 747 (-400, -8F & LCF) for Atlas Air, the world's leading provider of ACMI services (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance), also known as wet leasing. I have served as Captain on the 767 and First Officer on the Altas Boeing 747 fleets. Atlas Air operates the world's largest fleet of Boeing 747-8F freighters around the globe.I was a Beijing-based pilot of a Gulfstream 550 "Extra Long Range" business aircraft for Business Aviation Asia, Ltd. from 2013 to 2015. Before that, I flew for CitationAir for 8 years, in both the Citation Sovereign (CE-680) and Citation Bravo (CE-550B). I've also flown for commuter and regional airlines under flags of U.S. Airways, Continental, United and Delta, while based in the eastern US on the following aircraft: Beech 1900D Airliner, British Aerospace Jetstream 4100, Dornier 328Jet, and Canadair RJ (CL-65). I also hold a Certified Flight Instructor's License (CFI), Certified Instrument Instructor's License (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor's License (MEI).Outside of flying, I have experience in industry as Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Inter-company Sales Engineer and Project Engineer.I've taught as an Adjunct Professor at Mercer County Community College in New Jersey, and Framingham State College in Massachusetts. I also served as a Substitute Teacher at ISB (International School of Beijing), teaching Elementary, Middle, and High School students. In addition, I enjoyed time spent as a High School and Middle School Tennis coach.I have extensive experience in CAD/CAM, ISO 9000 system implementation and maintenance, reverse engineering/redesign, C.F.R. 14 (FAA) regulations, technical writing, public speaking, and technical training.I'm fluent in German, can communicate in Mandarin Chinese at HSK Level 2, and am learning Indonesian.
