CurrentProvide Day-to-Day management of system or solution projects including risk management, project finance, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. • Communicate with C Level Suite, providing monthly Governance update on Annual Program Roadmap, including Health Summary, Risk and Issue Assessment, and Financials.• Utilize Salesforce CRM Platform to update/track sales opportunities/won, project budget and financial metrics to name a few. • Created and shared Billable Utilization Run Rate tool with Leadership and rolled out to Professional Services Management. Tool calculates future utilization requirements for all PS employee to reach their billable utilization goal for the year. • Ensure projects remain on schedule, delivered with high quality, great carrier satisfaction and achievement of target profit goals while interfacing with carrier and internal project resources to convey project issues and gain status. • Implement Agile process and utilize JIRA for Scrum, Story, Timeline and Resource Capacity Tracking. • Develop and maintain project timelines and resource capacity throughout project duration according to plan, compile and review monthly invoicing reports and distribute to carriers.• Remain aware and proactively communicate any potential problems and work to mitigate risks, facilitating change order procedures when required. • Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project member and establish effective communication with other departments in order to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and effective manner.• Compile monthly invoicing reports and distribute to carriers.
