With more than 27 years of experience in Learning Design, Ruhi is the resident cool cat at The Training Shift, a company she co-founded. She is a specialist in developing cognitive and behavioural solutions tailored for eLearning and both virtual and in-person environments. Ruhi brings extensive expertise in consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients from various sectors to thoroughly evaluate learning requirements and create contextualised performance-based solutions. She’s also taken list making to the level of an art form! This manifests into some pretty kickass learning diagnostic and design checklists.Throughout her career, Ruhi has demonstrated robust management abilities by fostering positive work atmospheres and implementing efficient processes and workflows (her middle name might as well be RASCI). Additionally, she uses her instructional design superpower to facilitate workshops on designing for impact, across organizations. Ruhi thrives on coaching instructional designers on both the nitty-gritty and the big picture of design, and ruling her kingdom (of both human and canine children) with an iron fist.
