- Expanded territory to Greater China including CN, HK&TWN

- Lead China sales team to promote Opteon® and Freon® products(Refrigerant, Foam agents and Solvents) in CN & HK.

- Lead Fluorochemical AP technical service team to support Fluorochemical business growth in AP region;- Represent Chemours to participate in refrigeration industry forums and technology forums in AP, preparing technical papers and making presentations at conference;- Provide technical trainings to AP customers, distributors, internal sales and marketing team members.

- Develop product strategy and roadmap, manage product portfolio, and be responsible for P&L performance for mechanical systems and heat exchangers (CDUs, Recip. Racks, Screw Racks, CO2 Racks, Air coolers and Air cooled condensers)- New product development, launch activities and lifecycle management- Selling tools development for new/existing products with sales and engineering team- Coordinate key account's bidding and lead the customized product development- Product trainings to Asia sales, distributors and key customers- Cold room marketing analysis- OEM supplier selection and assessment under BU guidance
