With a PhD in Electrochemical Engineering and over seven years of experience in academic and industrial settings, I am a Distinguished Associate Professor at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC,Suzhou), focusing on recovering valuable metals from various waste streams, such as spent batteries, catalysts, electronic devices, and automobiles. I have also co-founded JuMang Environmental Technology Co., LTD, a start-up that provides innovative solutions for waste management and resource recovery. I am a fast learner, a collaborative team player, and a problem solver who can work under pressure and deliver high-quality results. My mission is to apply my expertise and passion for electrochemistry and environmental science to address the global challenges of resource depletion and environmental pollution.
