For the last year of my collaboration on Reditus Group, I was invited to recreate a business unit that had been extinguished 2 years ago and I become Head of the Outsourcing Business Unit, reporting directly to the Executive Committee.I selected my team, organized the service and managed the BU daily issues.In the end of 2012, this Business Unit had more than 300 people and 14 M.€ revenue.

For the first 2 years I was responsible for implementation of 2 key solutions across the Group: • A CRM solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics, in order to allow commercial teams to record Leads and Opportunities, enabling information consolidation and reporting accuracy; • A Project Information and Control solution, based on Outsystem, which allows Account Managers and Project Managers to record key projects information, Consultants timesheet input and interfacing with SAP system payroll and invoice modules.I was also Account Manager for the Financial Area, for several Clients, with focus on the Outsourcing business.

In 2007 my company - Depsi - and Digisis were merged in a single Anonymous Society - Digisis Consultores, S.A. - were I was the 2º major shareholder, integrating the Administration Border.As an Administrator I was responsible for all HR activities, which includes collaborators selection and recruitment, hiring negotiations, professional activities coaching, professional training plans, etc.I also acted as Account Manager for several Clients, coaching projects, managing the Consultants teams, developing Clients relationships and business opportunities.On 2009 Digisis Consultores, S.A. had more than 100 people and 5 M.€ revenue; on July 2010, me and my partners sold it to Reditus Group.

As a founder and co-owner of DEPSI for 16 years I accumulate, many times, the roles of General Manager and Program/Project Manager, that I summarize as following:Program/Project Manager• A turn-key project developed in partnership with UNISYS for one major Portuguese Bank, concerning the conception, design, development and implementation of an Accounts and Interests Calculation system, with a mixed team of 20 people and a 3 years duration;• An Assurance Maintenance service of 4 key Business Applications (Clients, Accounts, Credit and Financial Applications) in a Financial Institution, with a team of 25 people and a 2 years duration;• Many Outsourcing Specialized services, mainly in Banks and Insurance Companies, like 1998 Euro implementation, Year 2000 bug, several application development and maintenance, operating systems and databases administration, etc.;• E-learning products customization and content development projects in Clients of a wide Market sectors, namely Financial, Utilities, Telco, Media, Consumer and Services;• Websites and E-commerce solutions development projects.General Manager• Company Business development which included many different activities such as defining commercial strategies, establishing partnerships and alliances, producing and negotiating proposals, controlling delivery, etc.;• HR management tasks, like searching, interviewing and recruiting hundreds of people for this 16 years period, supervising and coaching their professional activities;• Financial control with budget definition, projects costs and profit management, banks loans negotiations, invoices and payments control, accounts and fiscal issues…;• … And much, much more...

As a senior IT Consultant I managed technical migration projects and database administration consultancy, in the Financial Market and Public Administration sector.The technological environments were an IBM mainframe, COBOL II language, VSAM files, DB2 and CICS.

As an Application Analyst I have participated in an all new Core Banking application development, with a central and a distributed database system, one for each of the 600 branches.For the last 2 years, as Database Administrator, I was responsible for the technical maintenance of the central DBMS, that included Clients and Accounts, as well as for the new applications database design.The technological environments were an UNISYS mainframe, COBOL language, sequential files, index files, a Codasyl DBMS and a Relational DBMS.During this period, as a freelancer, I also produced functional analysis for several automobile industry applications and I have developed and implemented pharmaceutical industry systems.The technological environments were a UNISYS mainframe with MAPPER environment and a REXXON Client/Server system with Business BASIC language.

As an Application Programmer I have developed, tested and implemented batch and online programs, jobs and database procedures in the following business applications:• General and analytical account• Planning and budgeting system• Stockpile management system• Materials supply systemFor the last 2 years, based on the experience acquired, I also produced technical application design.The technological environments were a Sperry/UNIVAC (UNISYS) mainframe, COBOL language, sequential files, index files and a Codasyl DBMS.
