Homify is a worldwide online platform featuring home ideas & inspiration, interior design, architecture, among others and connecting professionals related to these areas with potential customers. In this role, I manage and develop the Portuguese and English speaking markets, working as an Account Manager for our Premium professionals.My main task here are:- Responsible for the Portuguese and English speaking markets;-Onboarding the new clients and explain the Premium campaign on our platform;-Identify the customer needs, helping them to define the marketing strategy to achieve their goals, providing support in a variety of tasks related to the platform and the campaign;-Adapt the marketing strategy according to the customer´s needs;-Analyze campaigns, collecting data and providing reports (Google Analytics);-Implementation of SEO content strategies and creating of advertising on social media (articles, facebook,instagram, website);-Negotiation with customers (cancellation, contract extensions, upselling and cross selling);-Website development for Premium customers (godaddy);

-Responsible for development of the internal links between University of Suffolk’s Department of Science and Technology relevant External Relations departments;-Promotion of science to potential students and to the general public, using appropriate communication channels;-Development of department´s web presence, managing the different channels and creating media resources for science;-Participation in schools and public outreach events as well as producing marketing materials.This internship program was provided by the INOV Contacto.
