My degree in electrical engineering gave me the competency to solve problems, often combining the use of software and hardware. My post-graduation self-education on web application development and software engineering taught me how to use specific tools to solve specific problems.As a professional, I often find myself eager to learn more about the project I am working on. As a student recruiter at Maryville University, I worked with a diverse team of recruiting directors and student assistants to increase the international student population at the college. At my current job, I learned how to communicate with customers to understand their technical needs in order to convert those needs into products. As a developer, I constantly focus on pushing myself to produce the best quality web apps I can make while ensuring my technical skillset is fresh.
