Moving to FMCG sector, I came to PMI to lead EHS&S department and to be member of Management Team. By including EHS on key company strategies, we've achieved great successes like 5 mio hours without lost time injury accidents, PMI Fleet Safety Award, strong improvement of Env. KPI's and the creation of an Health and Wellbeing Program.

accumulating previous HSE functions I was in charge for:- project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractors;- investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;- calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;- planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;- directing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling;- planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises;- coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;- using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.

Giving a natural step in my career, I've integrated a multinational company, where I was:Responsible for HSE management system;QEHS BOSCH auditor with multiple audits performed in different company locations;Fire protection coordination by implementation of plans for prevention, emergency and business continuity;Establishment of EHS improvement programs;Energy management responsible;

Moving to a fast growing company on renewable energies, I was in charge of EHS activities having the chance to work on different sectors, like manufacturing, construction and wind farms. My contributions allowed the company to achieve best in class results regarding EHS KPI's.

Following my interests to work on the industry, I had the opportunity to join CINCA, where I developed the environmental management system in order to qualify the company for ISO certification and to coordinate EHS activities at 6 company locations.

As a first work experience, I've started working on environmental area at this service company, having the opportunity to apply knowledge from my master degree.
