- Search new methods and work processes in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Team- Reception and analysis of the documents according to norms and customer specifications- Identify the impact of changes in the customer standards and specifications in the internal processes- Promote useful working relationships with the entities and functions assigned to the project- Identify and analyze new activities and/or possible new projects with the Business Unit- Participate in the delivery date negotiations with internal and external customers - Participate in meetings with the final customer (Mercedes-Benz AG)- Control and monitor customer requests (via JIRA)- Coordinate time plans for new processes/tools implementation within Yazaki

- Manage a team of +/- 25 People (Technical coordination)- Active participation in the continuous improvement of the department- Promote activities of service improvement- Conduct risk management investigations and assessments in the context of the activity's implementation- Familiarize the Team with customer needs, specifications, project goals, the development process, as well as techniques and tools to support the task performance- Take part in the Quality management activities, participating on customer claims investigation and treatment (8D, 5 why's), to find corrective and preventive actions and confirm their efficiency- Support in the technical coordination of teams in Turkey and Czech Republic
