Also, because the new system intelligently organized recorded material into folderes, it made it much easier for editors to find the files. Still through this project, the redundancy was increased from 0 to 6 of the servers that served the assistant directors, because after a detailed study of the operation, a modification was made so that all servers were capable of serving all studios simultaneously;Through an integration of MAM Dalet with a Globo Archive Portal, it became possible to automatically deliver in the editing systems, the files requested from the archive system. As a result, the material that previously available to be ingested just the next day, became ready to be edited just 5 minutes from the moment it was requested;With the advent of the migration of the second copy of the material archived to the cloud, the use of a rented warehouse to store the second copy was reduced from 27PB to 0;Training for operational teams and N1 support, ensuring the success and sustainability of project deliveries.
