- Definition and identification of costs for new projects and working along with project and plant managers and financial teams to define the KPI of the project - Planning, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of engineering team’s assignments in terms of performance, quality and delivery - Responsible for giving expert support during conception and industrialization phases of the project in Renault’s Factories worldwide - Nomination and coordination of worldwide local technical leaders team guaranteeing synergies between projects and factories - Analysis and validation of manufacturing processes for new projects

- Responsible for ensuring the proper roll out of Hybrid E-Tech parts’ process with the scope of “Fast Industrial Application”- Planning, defining strategies and leading engineering project team - Analyzing the impact and costs estimation of process modifications - Analyzing project’s progress and reporting through Chief Engineer - Process maturity assessment through product’s quality evaluation

- Process Design of Hybrid E-Tech parts guaranteeing the objectives of quality, delay, efficiency and costs of the project - Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop, validate and improve manufacturing processes and manufacturability of designs - Coordination and evaluation of process runs and improvement of the quality of prototypes - Supporting product launches with problem solving capabilities and feedback through Chief Engineer - Assess and analyse current practices and drive continuous improvement

- Implementing process improvements and new standards in projects/ production - Applying Problem solving standards in case of process deviations (QC Story, 5W, Ishikawa diagram etc.) - Iso dimensional and geometrical standards and stack-up tolerances - Monitoring and reducing process variation using statistical process control

- Dismounted parts and mechanical components from trucks- Assisted the mechanical team in the repair of mechanical components (engines, gearboxes, differentials)- Preventive maintenance in machinery- Chose and evaluated the components for the clients- Helped in logistics: organized stocks and trucks disposition
