Worked in Dr. Gernot Walter’s lab which studied the protein phosphatase PP2A, a long-suspected tumor suppressor. Using different mutant PP2A mouse models (point-mutants, heterozygous knock-out, and conditional knock-out), we attempted to demonstrate the effect of PP2A on tumor development, particularly in lung cancer.
