•On a World Bank funded rapid appraisal assessment, evaluating the MENA region labor market context, labor market governance and employment policies, I played an integral role in the integration and review of the assessment process and final report. The assignment included the review and enhancement of field interview questionnaires, and review and integration of study findings and recommendations into final report for publication. •UNRWA Funded rapid appraisal assignment evaluating UNRWA’s local TVET (Technical and Vocational Education) Program; assignment included review and enhancement of field questionnaires and integration of study findings and recommendations into final report for submission. •Licensed in Florida and Virginia providing residential and commercial investment consultancy to foreign investors, including insight and guidance on local market conditions and full representation/transaction services. Provided strategic marketing for investor/builder brand development, and serviced and managed listings towards timely settlement.

Managed and facilitated youth study and Informal/non-formal environmental curricula mapping. Study explored young people’s environmental practices, identifying solutions to impact behaviors and introduce environmentally friendly technologies to improve consumption patterns. Managed research team, developed enquiry tools, coordinated and conducted field surveys, interviews and focus group sessions with youth, educators and curricula experts in formal, informal and non-formal education settings; consolidated and led analysis of data, provided strategic recommendations towards sustainable program development.

Developed and drove a 5 year vision for career development services in Jordan as pilot model for MENA region. Re-structured and managed career development unit; facilitated rapid appraisals and enquiry with youth leaders, educators and employers to inform programming, and coordinated task-force of employment and education professionals during resource and program development. Coordinated a network of outreach projects for refugee youth groups across London, providing creative outlets, support systems and relevant opportunities while addressing issues of inclusion and advocating to improve young refugees’ livelihoods. Using a creative arts and participatory research approach, and working in partnership with stakeholders; assisted youth leaders and groups in advocacy efforts and engaging policy makers in dialogue around refugee rights and related policy.
