Skilled in Negotiation, Market Research, Business Planning, Management, and Business Development. I joined the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai in September 1997. I serve as a Commercial Specialist in Mumbai and a resource for the U.S. companies pursuing commercial interests in Western India. I have over two decades of work experience in several sectors including healthcare, medical devices, dental & pharmaceuticals; media & entertainment; travel and tourism among others. Prior to joining the Commercial Service, I have worked in the private sector as a Marketing Manager for a chemical company. With wide experience in both the private sector and U.S. government, I bring in a lot of practical knowledge to Commercial Section operations in Mumbai. I am excited to be a team member of U.S. Department of Commerce in India at the most happening time of US-INDIA bilateral relationship.
