I am a Principal Product Manager working on AI solutions (Generative + Predictive) on Twilio Flex, a programmable call center application. I am passionate about building scalable software to solve users' pain-points ( and the ones they aren't yet aware of). On a day to day basis, I am typically analyzing customers' problems on the product, checking on product metrics to understand where in the product should we focus next, participate in user research, customer interviews, writing up product specifications of our next feature and collaborating with engineering to ensure on-time product delivery.Areas of expertise: Product Strategy, Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, Product Discovery, User behavior analysis
