The General Insurance (GI) Service management team provides end to end IT Service Management, Planning and IT governance for the bank’s critical insurance claims management, pricing and admin applications. The team is accountable for the current and future health of the applications, ensure they are resilient, comply with group risk standards and available to meet the business partner and customer needs.
