Ensure all team members understand the requirements for security in an open plan public space and property environment. Understand and apply the law relating to arrest, search and trespass and all other legislation relevant to duties and ensure it is well understood by all security team members. Ensure all reporting required and metrics are met within agreed time frames including the provision of actionable insights as part of companies’ commitment to continuous improvement. Ensure site procedures and policies are well understood by all team members and any gaps are proactively and effectively managed as they are identified.Laise with all emergency services and Centre management office.

Address diverse customers’ needs and values and provide an exceptional service to customers in line with Stockland’s brand essence. Face to face and over the phone interaction with customers, retailers and centre contractors such as cleaning and security staff.Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business, where applicable direct to the relevant Centre management staff member.Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.
