With over 14 years of experience in the home entertainment post-production industry, I am a seasoned QA/QC manager with a passion for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I developed test plans and managed testing processes, consolidating and escalating all issues related to audio, video, menu, subtitles, and other aspects. I utilized various testing tools, frameworks, emulators, and end consumer players to ensure quality and compatibility. I ran reporting and scorecards to meet KPIs and developed needed corrective actions. I managed a staff of 10+ and independent contractors, overseeing their scheduling, performance, and development. I left Pixelogic Media in January 2024 to pursue new opportunities and challenges in the post-production industry.
