We have been making some incredible ecommerce solutions for several years at Høks (now Era), and are now proud to be a part of Generaxion, and to build a nordic ecommerce powerhouse.With offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany, and many strong brands focused on making an impact for both local and international clients, we strive to be the number one bureau in our field across borders.I continued my role as head of production, to scale our e-commerce department and bring premium e-commerce solutions to a larger segment of Danish and international clients.We've been working hard to expand our offerings, and become more platform independant, to further support the demands of the market.

(sold, March 2021) Took charge of a growing team responsible for the development and delivery of custom integrations, ecommerce solutions and infrastructure upgrades for our clients.The journey continued on as part of Generaxion (Høks got acquired in March 2021) and we continue where we left off, although with even more support and resources to expand our capabilities, to the benefit of all clients.

Got headhunted to start a position as the lead technical ressource at Høks (now Era), to provide premium ecommerce solutions in Denmark.Key results:🖥️ Built the foundation for our own hosting environment of E-commerce platforms such as Magento 2, providing reliable and optimised hosting for our clients' stores.💡 Increased our offerings to include specialised integrations to Navision, C5, Business Central, E-conomic, Uniconta, freight solutions and more.

One of the world's first cloud gaming services. It was based on Amazon AWS, and had to shut down due to increasing GPU costs at our server provider.Key results:☁️ Responsible for developing a fully automated cloud gaming service, utilising synergies with infrastructure entirely built on Amazon Web Services.📈 Drove the initial growth to reach the limit of AWS capacity of GPU servers within 6 months, prompting AWS to increase prices and refill the capacity (and us to optimise our auto-scaling procedures).🌎 Rolled the product out globally complete recurring (and localised) payment setup.🗞️ Established partnerships and publicity across borders with representatives of AWS and gaming magazines, using self-created tools for streamlining all PR communication to interested parties, as well as scouting the web for new PR opportunities.

Developing new features for one of Denmark's largest yarn stores. An amazing workplace, and would love to have stayed - an opportunity at Høks got in the way.Key results:🌎 Led the technical expansion into several new countries.💬 Streamlined the translation flow for all languages, ensuring more than 90 % of the site+products were translated to all locales at a much faster and more robust pace.⚒️ Integrated complete rework of the web store.⏩ Implemented complex cache-invalidation and delivered significant speed improvements to the site.

In charge of all technical aspects of the booking portal, development and maintenance of the booking portal.

Developing a fully functional Google Keyword Position tracker from scratch, including automated marketing, mail flow etc.The company was shut down to focus all efforts on giving Snoost Cloud Gaming my full attention.

Advising on online marketing strategies, reviewing website scores and performing technical optimisations (such as page load speed, onsite SEO and code structure/architecture).

The first truly environmentally focused office supplier in Denmark.Managing all technical aspects of the web store, order handling, customer service etc. as well as automating as many areas as possible, by integrating old XAL systems to more modern (custom built) web-based REST-APIs.Key results:⚙️ Built automated order booking integrations and significantly reduced manual work, thus making the business far more scalable.👬 Managed client relations and established loyalty programs to minimise churn and reward staying customers.🍃 Standardised all product data and streamlined certifications for environmentally friendly labels.🪢 Developed gateways to transmit data (2-way integrations) between older DOS systems (some of our suppliers were bound to these), to connect platforms which were otherwise unable to communicate together, thus enabling further automation and reducing manual labour even more.

Designed websites and intranets for a variety of companies, including onsite SEO and custom built WordPress-integrations (plugins, APIs etc.).

Nothing fancy here. Just an ordinary telemarketer. I did however make it the best seller of the month several times during my short time working at the position. And being a telemarketer for newspapers taught me many things about marketing I would probably have had difficulties learning anywhere else.
