I have a demonstrated history of using unique training and development programmes to enhance the skills of business owners and teams within the franchise sector.I'm a glass half full kinda gal, and love to see people grow and develop. I adore my kids and my grandchildren. Watching and helping them grow is totally awesome. So what do I do? I work with business owners who want to use franchising as a vehicle for growth. I also work with existing franchisors who want to add leadership and business management skills to the training they offer to their franchisees.How do I do that? I have developed a series of ILM recognised training programmes that challenge and enhance the business, leadership and management skills of the business owners. Our franchisor programmes help business owners to become effective franchisors, whilst our franchisee programmes develop the business management and leadership skills of busy franchisees. Why does it work? Our programmes are workshop based, so delegates get to really focus on their business whilst being able to exchange ideas with others in the same situation as them.What have people said about our programmes? The important thing I took away from the event was that franchisees need to start planning from day one to get the best out of their businesses, this will also put them in a good position when it comes to resell. I liked the tools that the trainer used as well as the interaction with the attendees.The important things I took away from the event were the useful habits to establish at the start of a new business, following good practices that put us in a good place for future plans and the value of expanding beyond one person in one van, and also the fact that our goals put us in a better position in the future.If you are thinking of franchising your business don’t even start until you have completed the Executive Franchise Development Programme.
