As an executive head of the organization, I was responsible to work with the executive board to develop organizational strategy, policy and projects on Dalit issues. Besides raising funds for the organization, I also worked to establish and maintain coordination and liaison with the donors, government agencies and CSOs to promote Dalit rights.

Worked as the senior minority fellow of the OHCHR and was placed at the UN Resident Coordinators Office in Nepal. Provided support to the office on minority issues, with the special focus on Dalit issues.

I run a weekly television talk show entitled, "Social Justice". This talk show discusses around the contemporary socio-economic, political, cultural and other emerging issues from a Dalit's perspective. This program was started with the commitment to give voices to the causes and concerns of Dalit community with a view of making state and its agencies accountable to uphold Dalit rights.

PDRC is a Kathmandu-based NGO working to increase the access of Dalit youth to higher education. They are further equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to land decent jobs and scholarship opportunities available both at the national and international level. As a result, numbers of Dalit youth have succeeded to become doctor, engineer, government officer, development worker and many more. Also, I worked as the counterpart for 15 international volunteers from Canada and Australia to channelize their expertise to the mission of the organization.

In the absence of executive director, led the implementation of annual organizational plans in line with the strategy direction of the PDRC board. I also took the lead role in advocacy, engagement with the media, government, stakeholders, and donors.
