Responsible for hiring the resources for implementation partner.• Extensive experience on US tax terms (W2, Full Time & Contract).• Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, EAD etc).• Experience in IT Recruitment (US Process), working on W2, Contract, C2C and Fulltime Requirements from implementation partner/Direct Clients.• Have Experience on ATS like Job Diva.• Sourcing the right candidates for the requirements using different job portals like CB, Dice and Monster.• Negotiation on rates and taking rate confirmation.• Submission of weekly performance reports to the Team head and Manager.• Expertise in using various sourcing techniques like internet job postings, database, referrals, print and internet advertisements, head hunting, cold calling, networking, etc.• High energy, highly motivated, and self directed.• Personable, easy going, creative, flexible, professional, team player, and ability to work independently in a technically challenging, fast paced environment.
