Mr. Rupam Gupta is currently working as Deputy manager legal in The State Trading Corporation of India Limited, earlier he was an Associate with the Saviour Legal Solutions and holds LL.B. degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Mr. Gupta also holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi. As a student, Mr. Gupta was actively involved in organizing conferences, moot courts and seminars on various topics of social awareness.Mr. Gupta is an expert of civil and criminal matters and was regularly appeared before District Courts and High Courts, tribunals and other judicial forums till he join STC as law officer. His areas of interest include intellectual property rights, criminal laws, matrimonial and family laws, corporate laws and taxation.
