• Assisted the client in finalising the EPC contractors based on the EPC costs and the Drawdown Schedule• Analysed the different options that were proposed, for the change in IRR based on the changes in assumptions• Audited the financial model to detect and correct any inconsistencies, taking into consideration technical & financial inputs• Conducted Research on District Cooling and Solid Waste Management with an emphasis on Saudi Arabia• Prepared the Information Memorandum and proposal for financial advisory services in the District Cooling sector.
