Additionally, I lead the Paryavaran Yoddha Programme, which promotes environmental awareness among youth in schools. My efforts emphasize community engagement, capacity building, and sustainable practices, driving meaningful change in the regions we serve.

As a Block Mission Manager at UPSRLM (Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission), I manage program implementation at the Block level, overseeing theme-wise activities across the block, including livelihood initiatives, social mobilization, capacity building, non-farm activities, and financial inclusion. I lead diverse teams, including IPRP, CRP, Samooh Sakhi, Aajeevika Sakhi, and Vidyut Sakhi, to strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Village Organizations (VOs), and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs). My focus is on engaging these groups in various livelihood activities, whether through convergence with existing programs or promoting self-employment. Additionally, I plan and support product marketing strategies to enhance their economic viability, contributing to sustainable community development.
