I have over two decades of management consulting experience in the development sector. I have worked in the cross-cutting thematic areas of urban infrastructure and governance reform, environment management & climate change, institutional development including organizational restructuring & human resource development, social and environment safeguard including resettlement & rehabilitation, urban poverty alleviation including skill and livelihood development and public sector reforms including e governance. I have worked in number of national level flagship initiatives such as AMRUT, Smart City, Swacch Bharat Mission, JnNURM, Swajaldhara, National Highway Development Project, NGRBA, NULM, TSC, SSA etc. I have experience of working in senior management positions in various projects funded by bi-lateral and multi lateral agencies and INGOs such as World Bank, ADB, UNICEF, European Commission, DFID, USAID, Aga Khan Foundation, Geneva and Sir Ratan Tata Trust. Besides project management, I have about 11 years of up-close experience in business development which includes preparation of technical & financial bids, strategic networking and partnership development, client interfacing and resource mobilization and deployment.
