As trainee got to learn all the aspects of microfinance industry and process related to it. The training involved exposure from front line industry workers (Field officers) to the post of a Divisional Manager.

Socio-economic Impact Assessment. Evaluated socio-economic impact of micro credit on over 400 households through data collection by visiting clients on door to door basis at 10 branches. Analysed data qualitative and quantitatively to form a detailed comprehensive report of the impact.
