As General Manager I am responsible for the venue operations: including safety and compliance and people process according to both legislation and internal company policies, staff culture and morale, customer experience, product and P&L delivery. It was retail sales - mostly digital printing, and Waihi was still developing film photos in 2008. Though we had a large format printer, and photoshop - no one had known how to use them. I did, so no more outsourcing big prints, canvases, and photo retouches - I could do that.
