I’ve always been excited about how functional parts operate together as a whole system, whether that is a bicycle, the human body, a game design or a computer program… My inquisitiveness has nurtured a strong ability to explore and absorb new concepts quickly.For the past 13 years I have dived into the work of massage / manual therapy, in particular the wholistic perspective of Structural Integration. I have worked alongside clients to help overcome the challenges they find in their body. This is a process of collaboration, interpretation, exploration and adaptation. Evaluating the body as a systemic whole leads to many insights and new possibilities that may not have been perceived otherwise. Most recently I am excited to explore programming and software development with Python. Problem solving through the capabilities of a computer system and the Python language is an inspiring process. While my path to this place is likely quite divergent from a traditional one, I have a core of skills and capabilities strongly supportive of this new endeavour.
